Sometime after the Universal Robot Band and sometime before where we are now, a pair of DJ/promoter/whatevers, Pete Adarkwah and Ben Jolly, ran a successful club night named after our eponymous song, playing a joyful mix of all they considered good. 20 years ago, the "Disco Spectrum" series (first released 1999) was a musical revelation to me! (Together with "Jumpin'" 1 + 2 on Harmless). BBE is for sure one of the best labels for Disco compilations. Thank you for the constant release of high quality music!
