New Jersey singer and songwriter Valvin "V" Roane makes his return to BBE Music with gospel-tinged House cut 'Just Call’, featuring vocals from Lady Alma.
Releasing his classic alternative R&B album 'The Revelation Is Now Televised' on BBE back in 2005, V has worked with such luminaries as Justin Timberlake, Musiq Soulchild and Will Smith over the course of his long career in music.
‘Just Call’ is a vintage soulful House joint, driven by evocative gospel piano chords, powerful strings and a prodigiously melodic bass-line. V’s smooth vocal tones blend perfectly with those of of House diva Lady Alma, whose performance is simply spellbinding on this gorgeous track.
The package also contains a slightly stripped and chopped ‘Alternate Mix’ which provides a little more pop for the club, as well as instrumentals and even a full acappella for more creative DJs
